A Feira de Arte Contemporânea - ARCO 2008 em Madrid vai ter como país convidado o Brasil.

[HOLOGRAFIA NAS ARTES VISUAIS]

Em Portugal um dos primeiros Doutoramentos nesta área foi o da minha querida amiga Rosa Oliveira, artista plástica e docente do Ensino Superior e cuja sua tese foi intitulada "Pintar com Luz". Este trabalho de investigação serve agora de base de sustentação a outros interessados na área, um bom ponto de partida para a investigação e desenvolvimento da Holografia Artística.
Isabel Azevedo é outra artista, também docente no Ensino Superior que também no seu trabalho de Doutoramento teve como objecto de estudos a área holográfica. Aquilo que eu sei sobre esta área devo-lhes também a elas que tanto me entusiasmaram. Grande beijo para as duas.

Como forma de expressão artística a holografia ainda é embrionária, uma estética holográfica está por ser desenvolvida, porém diversos artistas plásticos a utilizaram, entre eles a inglesa Margaret Benyon, os norte-americanos Rudie Berkhout e Harriet Casdin-Silver, os brasileiros Moysés Baumstein, Augusto de Campos, Décio Pignatari e a japonesa Setsuko Ishii. A primeira exposição de hologramas no Brasil foi feita por Ivan Isola em 1981 no pavilhão da Bienal em São Paulo com holograms produzidos em diversos países.
Moysés Baumstein montou um laboratório em São Paulo dirigido à produção artística e comercial, ele desenvolveu técnicas próprias que resultaram em hologramas de grande impacto e qualidade. No final da década de 80 trabalhou com Augusto de Campos, Décio Pignatari, Júlio Plaza e Wagner Garcia expondo em diversos museus e instituições no Brasil e no exterior. Seu laboratório esteve em atividade de 1983 à 2007.

A morte de Ben Parker deixou Peter e sua tia sem dinheiro, fora o seguro social, Peter tentou seguir uma carreira em shows, mas não conseguiu devido a uma campanha difamatória contra o Homem-Aranha feita pelo editor do jornal Clarim Diário J. Jonah Jameson.Justificando as suas responsabilidades, Peter começou a usar seus poderes para lutar contra o crime. Enquanto isto, ele ganhava a vida vendendo fotos do Homem-Aranha em acção para o Clarim. As tentativas de Jameson em influenciar o público contra o Aranha foram desaparecendo devido ao boca-a-boca sobre as boas acções do cabeça de teia. Apesar de ainda ser uma figura controversial o Homem-Aranha enfrentou e venceu um vasto número de criminosos em Nova York como o Rei, o Abutre, Electro, o Homem-Areia, Mistério, Doutor Octopus, o Duende Verde, Kraven o Caçador, o Escorpião, Venom e Carnificina.A carreira de vigilante que Peter adotou teve seus baixos e altos. Seu primeiro amor, Gwen Stacy, morreu durante uma batalha entre ele e o Duende Verde. Peter perdeu amigos também, incluindo Harry Osborn, filho e sucessor de Norman Osborn, o Duende Verde original, e o capitão da polícia George Stacy, pai de Gwen Stacy.O casamento de Peter com Mary Jane Watson sempre foram perturbados pela sua luta contra o crime e eventualmente eles se separaram. Mas apesar de todos os problemas, ele sempre se manteve seguro em sua determinacao de usar seus poderes para o bem de todos.

[ZECA AFONSO]

José Afonso nasceu a 2 de Agosto 1929 em Aveiro, morreu a 23 Fevereiro de 1987.

A 23 de Fevereiro de 1987, José Afonso deixou-nos, vítima de doença incurável.
Um dos mentores da canção de intervenção em Portugal e um baladeiro/compositor notável, soube conciliar a musica popular portuguesa e os temas tradicionais com a palavra de protesto.
Zeca trilhou, desde sempre, um percurso de coerência.
Na recusa permanente do caminho mais fácil, da acomodação, no combate ao fascismo salazarento, na denuncia dos oportunistas, dos "vampiros" que destroçaram Abril, no canto da cidade sem muros nem ameias, do socialismo, da "utopia".
Injustiçado por estar contra a corrente, morreu pobre e abandonado pelas institui coes.

"O Pintor Morreu..." mas, vinte anos depois não tenhamos dúvidas, a voz de Zeca perdurará... para sempre.

[ARCO 2007]

A ARCO em Madrid, de 15 a 19 de Fevereiro, contou este ano com 13 galerias portuguesas.

Treze galerias portuguesas participaram na Feira Internacional de Arte Contemporânea ARCO, em Madrid, em Fevereiro, onde a República da Coreia foi o país convidado em 2007.
De acordo com uma fonte da Associação Portuguesa de Galerias de Arte (AGPA), este ano Portugal esteve representado por menos uma galeria do que em 2006, quando o certame teve a Austria como país convidado para celebrar os seus 25 anos.

A ARCO reúne anualmente cerca de 300 galerias internacionais, sendo ja considerada uma das mais importantes feiras de arte moderna e contemporânea, visitada por milhares de pessoas, entre artistas, estudantes de arte, galeristas e publico nao pofissional.

Carlos Carvalho Arte Contemporânea (Lisboa), 24B Arte Contemporânea (Oeiras), Filomena Soares (Lisboa), Galeria 111 (Lisboa), Galeria Presenca (Porto), Graca Brandao (Lisboa), Lisboa Vinte (Lisboa), Mario Sequeira (Braga), Pedro Oliveira (Porto), Quadrado Azul (Porto), Pedro Cera (Lisboa), Cristina Guerra (Lisboa) e Vera Cortez (Lisboa) sao as 13 galerias que vao representar Portugal no certame entre 15 e 18 de Fevereiro no Parque Ferial Juan Carlos I, em Madrid.

A Galeria Filomena Soares foi também seleccionada para estar na secção Projecto as galerias Cristina Guerra e Graçaa Brandão na secção Black Box dedicada a difusao da arte tecnologica electronica e audiovisual.

Como país convidado da ARCO 2007, a República da Coreia teve um papel central no certame, nomeadamente com a apresentação de um projecto da artista Kim Jung-Wha, comissaria chefe do Sungkok Art Museum e professora da Dongguk University.

A maioria das galerias que representaram Portugal é associada da APGA, uma entidade orientada para a promoção e divulgação da arte contemporânea que possui actualmente 41 associadas.

Para mim um dos mais impressionantes, pela sua figura, pose e filosofia.

Batman foi co-criado pelo desenhista Bob Kane e o escritor Bill FingerApesar de oficialmente creditado a Bob Kane, os desenhos de Frank Foster II, artista ligado à indústria de publicações de Nova Iorque na década de 1930, foram considerados autênticos pela DC Comics
Mundo fictício Wayne, de super-heróis da editora DC Comics (conhecido como Universo DC), Batman é o alter-ego de Bruce bilionário empresário, playboy e filantropo. Segundo os quadrinhos, o fato de testemunhar o assassinato de seus pais quando criança teria levado um jovem Bruce Wayne a viajar pelo mundo, tentando compreender a mente criminosa. Treinou todo tipo de artes marciais e técnicas de combate (o trauma de ver seus pais mortos com tiros de revolver lhe deu aversão a armas de fogo, buscando a perfeição física e intelectual. Criou um uniforme baseado numa coisa que o amedrontava quando criança: Morcegos. Ele achou que isso seria um motivo de temor aos bandidos também. E assim, passou a lutar contra o crime. Diferentemente de outros super-heróis, Batman não tem nenhum poder sobre-humano, usando apenas o intelecto, habilidades investigatórias, tecnologia, dinheiro e um físico bem-preparado em sua guerra contra o crime."
